服務條款

歡迎使用CamForYou（以下簡稱「本平台」）所提供的租借及銷售服務。當您使用本平台服務，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守以下條款。若不同意本條款，請勿使用本平台服務。

一、用戶資格

任何具備基本理解能力及承擔契約責任之人士，皆可使用本平台租借或購買產品。使用本平台即表示您同意遵守所有條款及政策，並願意對您的行為承擔全部責任。

二、服務內容

本平台提供運動相機、無反相機、鏡頭等攝影器材之租借及銷售服務。所有訂單需經本平台確認後方為成立。本平台保留基於庫存狀況、營運安排或其他合理原因取消訂單的權利。如取消訂單，已付款項將全數退還予客戶。

三、租借條款

客戶須妥善使用及保管所租借之設備，並遵循本平台所提供之正確使用指引。如客戶於租借期內需要取消租借，只需提前通知本平台，即可獲得全額租金退款，且無需支付任何手續費，亦無取消期限限制。

設備歸還時，如經本平台檢測發現設備存在損壞或功能異常，將根據《定損標準》進行檢測及賠償處理（詳情請參閱定損標準頁面）。正常使用下所產生的細微磨損（如極細小刮痕）將不會扣除押金。

若客戶於租借時購買了安心保險，部分損傷之賠償金額將可按規定比例降低；但如設備發生遺失、被盜或嚴重毀壞等情況，則不適用於安心保險保障範圍。若設備遺失、被盜或嚴重損毀致無法使用，客戶需按產品原價支付全額賠償金額。

四、購買條款

客戶於購買產品前，應自行確認所選型號、規格及數量的正確性。購買訂單一經成立並完成付款後，除非符合《退貨及退款政策》列明的條件，否則不接受更改或取消。

所有商品於發貨前將由本平台進行基本檢查。然而，對於第三方物流公司在運送過程中所引致之損壞或延誤，本平台不承擔任何直接責任。

五、運送方式及費用

客戶可選擇以下方式領取或接收商品：到店自取，客戶須出示訂單編號及註冊時的電話號碼或電郵地址；選擇順豐速遞配送服務者，於下單時將自動加收港幣30元運費；若選擇GoGoVan即日配送，客戶須於當日下午6時前完成下單，本平台將安排即日送達，並於結帳時加收港幣100元運費。

所有運送安排一經確認後即不可更改。

六、價格與付款

本平台所有產品及服務價格均以港幣（HKD）標示。本平台保留於不作另行通知下隨時調整價格之權利，最終以結帳頁面所顯示之價格為準。

客戶須於下單時完成全額付款，若付款未能成功完成，訂單將自動取消。

七、知識產權

本平台所載之所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖片、標誌、設計及影片，均受香港及國際知識產權法規保障。未經本平台事前書面同意，不得以任何形式複製、修改、轉載、分發或作任何商業用途。

八、個人資料保護

本平台會按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》的相關規定妥善處理並保護客戶的個人資料。詳細內容請參閱本平台《私隱政策》。

九、服務中斷與終止

本平台可因系統維護、升級、不可抗力事件或其他必要原因，暫停或終止部分或全部服務。

因服務中斷或終止所導致的任何直接或間接損失，本平台概不負責或賠償。

十、法律適用與爭議解決

本服務條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。若發生任何爭議，雙方同意將爭議提交香港法院專屬審理。

十一、條款修訂

本平台有權隨時更新或修改本條款。任何更新後之條款將於本網站公告，客戶繼續使用本平台服務即視為接受更新後之條款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to CamForYou (“the Platform”). By using our rental and sales services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

Anyone with basic understanding and contractual responsibility can use our rental and sales services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all our terms and policies, and take full responsibility for your actions.

2. Scope of Services

The Platform provides rental and sales services for action cameras, mirrorless cameras, lenses, and related equipment.

All orders require confirmation by the Platform to be considered valid. The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order based on stock availability, operational considerations, or other reasonable causes. In the event of cancellation, any paid amount will be fully refunded.

3. Rental Terms

Customers are required to use and maintain the rented equipment properly, following the provided usage guidelines.

If a customer wishes to cancel the rental during the rental period, they may do so by informing the Platform in advance, and a full refund of the rental fee will be provided without any handling fees or cancellation time limits.

Upon return of the equipment, if any damage or malfunction is detected, compensation will be handled according to the “Damage Policy” (please refer to the Damage Policy page for details). Minor wear and tear resulting from normal use, such as extremely minor scratches, will not incur any deduction from the deposit.

Customers who have purchased insurance may benefit from reduced compensation for eligible damages; however, insurance does not cover loss, theft, or severe damage to the equipment. In cases of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, customers must compensate the Platform at the product’s original retail price.

4. Purchase Terms

Before placing an order, customers must verify the model, specifications, and quantity of the products they intend to purchase. Once a purchase order is placed and payment is completed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted unless they meet the conditions outlined in the “Return & Refund Policy.”

All products will undergo basic inspection before dispatch. However, the Platform is not responsible for any damage or delay caused during the shipping process by third-party couriers.

5. Shipping Methods and Fees

Customers may choose from the following delivery methods:

In-store pickup, where customers must present their order number and registered phone number or email to collect their items;

SF Express delivery, with a shipping fee of HKD 30 added at checkout;

GoGoVan same-day delivery, available for orders placed before 6 PM on the same day, with a shipping fee of HKD 100.

Once confirmed, shipping arrangements cannot be changed.

6. Pricing and Payment

All product and service prices on the Platform are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, with the final checkout page price prevailing.

Customers must complete full payment at the time of placing the order. Orders with unsuccessful payment will be automatically cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and videos, is protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data Protection

The Platform handles customers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

9. Service Interruption and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate part or all of its services due to system maintenance, upgrades, force majeure events, or other necessary reasons.

The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service interruptions or terminations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

Any updates or amendments will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Platform’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
