退貨及退款政策

歡迎使用CamForYou。本平台致力為每一位顧客提供專業可靠的運動相機租借及銷售服務。為保障雙方權益，並確保服務流程清晰透明，特此訂立本退貨及退款政策。使用本平台即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本政策之所有條款。

一、租借服務退款安排

客戶如需取消已確認之租借訂單，只須於預定取機時間前通知本平台，即可獲得全額退款，包括已支付之租金及押金。取消申請不設日期限制，但必須於租借服務開始前（即取機前）完成通知並獲本平台確認。

一旦租借服務已開始（即客戶已取機或完成寄出安排），該訂單即視為正式生效，恕不接受任何形式之取消或退款申請。

二、購買產品退貨及退款安排

客戶於收到購買產品後，如發現貨品存在明顯瑕疵、功能故障或配送錯誤，必須於收貨後二十四（24）小時內聯絡本平台，並提供相關圖片或影片作證。

經核實確認後，本平台將提供換貨或全額退款安排。

如客戶未能於收貨後二十四（24）小時內提出任何貨品質量問題或錯誤之申請，即視為客戶已接受貨品，貨品狀態將被認定為無誤。

在此情況下，所有訂單恕不接受退貨、換貨或退款申請。

三、退款流程及時間安排

所有符合退款資格之申請，經本平台核實確認後，將於七（7）個工作天內完成退款程序，並將款項退回至原支付方式。

實際到帳時間或受支付平台及金融機構流程影響，本平台不負責因此產生之延誤。

四、特別聲明

因非產品質量問題或平台失誤而引起之退貨、取消或退款，所產生之運費、行政費用或其他第三方費用，須由客戶自行承擔。

本平台保留隨時修改及最終解釋本政策條款之權利，恕不另行通知。

Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to CamForYou. We are committed to providing every customer with professional and reliable rental and purchase services for action cameras. This Return & Refund Policy is established to protect the rights of all parties and to ensure transparency throughout the process. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy.

Section 1 - Refund for Rental Services

Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed rental order may do so at any time prior to the scheduled pick-up.

Provided the cancellation request is communicated and acknowledged before the rental service commences (i.e., before pick-up or shipment), the customer will receive a full refund of both the rental fee and the deposit without any deductions.

Once the rental service has commenced (i.e., upon pick-up or shipment of the equipment), the rental order will be deemed active, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.

Section 2 - Return and Refund of Purchased Products

Upon receiving purchased products, customers must inspect the items immediately. If any defects, malfunctions, or delivery errors are identified, the customer must report them within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, providing clear photographic or video evidence.

Upon verification, CamForYou will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

If no such report is received within twenty-four (24) hours, the product will be deemed accepted in satisfactory condition.

In such cases, no return, exchange, or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Section 3 - Refund Process and Timeline

For approved refund cases, CamForYou will process the refund within seven (7) business days, returning the amount to the original payment method.

Actual posting times may vary depending on the policies of payment gateways and financial institutions. CamForYou shall not be liable for any delays beyond our control.

Section 4 - Special Provisions

For returns or cancellations not caused by product defects or service errors attributable to CamForYou, all associated shipping fees, administrative charges, and third-party service fees shall be borne by the customer.

CamForYou reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice. In case of any dispute, CamForYou reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
