運送政策
本運送政策（以下簡稱「本政策」）適用於CamForYou（以下簡稱「本平台」）所提供之租借及銷售產品運送安排。當您於本平台進行租借或購買產品時，即視為您已閱讀、理解並同意本政策之內容。
一、取貨及送貨方式
客戶可於下單時選擇以下取貨或送貨方式：
1. 到店自取（Pick Up at Store）
客戶可於指定營業時間內親臨本平台指定地點取貨。取貨時，只需提供訂單編號及下單時所留之電話號碼或電郵地址進行核對，無需提供其他身份證明文件。
2. 順豐速遞（SF Express）
本平台提供順豐速遞寄送服務，所有訂單將於結帳時自動計算並收取固定運費港幣三十元正（HK$30）。順豐寄送服務範圍僅限香港地區。
3. GoGoVan即日送貨（Same-Day Delivery via GoGoVan）
如客戶需即日收貨，可選擇GoGoVan即日配送服務，配送費用為港幣一百元正（HK$100）。客戶須於當日下午六時（18:00）前完成訂單及付款，方可安排當日內配送。
二、運送時間安排
• 順豐速遞：訂單確認及付款後一至二（1-2）個工作天內寄出。
• GoGoVan即日配送：只要於當日下午六時（18:00）前完成下單及付款，即可安排於同日配送。
運送時間僅供參考，若因交通、天氣或第三方物流公司作業等因素導致延誤，本平台將不承擔相關責任。
三、風險轉移與責任
產品一經交由客戶或第三方物流公司收取後，貨品之風險即轉移至客戶。
運送途中如有損壞、遺失或延誤，客戶須自行向相關物流公司追討，本平台恕不負責任。
收貨後，客戶應立即檢查產品。如發現產品包裝破損、短缺或錯誤，須於收貨後二十四（24）小時內通知本平台，並提交相關證明，否則視為產品無誤收訖。
四、地址及配送資料正確性
客戶需確保提供之送貨地址、聯絡電話及電郵資料正確無誤。
如因資料錯誤導致配送失敗或產生額外費用，將由客戶自行承擔。
五、不可抗力因素
如因不可抗力事件（包括但不限於自然災害、惡劣天氣、交通事故、政府限制等）而導致運送延誤或未能完成，本平台將不承擔相關責任，但將盡力協助客戶與物流公司溝通處理。
六、政策更新
本平台保留隨時修訂本政策之權利，並將於網站上公布最新版本而不另行個別通知。客戶於下單時即視為同意遵守最新版本之運送政策。
Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all rental and purchase orders placed with CamForYou (“the Platform”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Pick-up and Delivery Methods
Customers may select one of the following options:
1. Pick Up at Store
Customers may collect their orders at our designated location during business hours.
At collection, customers are only required to present the order number and the phone number or email address provided during order placement. No identification documents are required.
2. SF Express Delivery
CamForYou offers delivery via SF Express within Hong Kong.
A fixed delivery fee of HK$30 will be automatically added at checkout.
3. Same-Day Delivery via GoGoVan
Customers requiring same-day delivery may opt for GoGoVan at a fixed fee of HK$100.
Orders must be placed and paid before 6:00 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch.
2. Delivery Timeframes
• SF Express: Orders will be dispatched within one to two (1–2) business days after payment confirmation.
• GoGoVan Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
CamForYou shall not be liable for any delays caused by weather, traffic, or courier operations.
3. Risk Transfer and Responsibility
Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon collection by the customer or the courier service.
CamForYou shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.
Customers must immediately inspect the products upon receipt and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items within twenty-four (24) hours, providing appropriate evidence.
Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the products.
4. Accuracy of Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Any delivery failures or additional costs due to incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.
5. Force Majeure
CamForYou shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or failure to deliver caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions.
However, we will endeavor to assist customers in communicating with the courier service where feasible.
6. Policy Updates
CamForYou reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to place orders, customers agree to be bound by the updated Policy.
